At Bhoomkins, we want you to love your purchase! Since each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements:

You may request a replacement or refund if:

    • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

    • You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

    • A clear photo of the item showing the issue.

    • Your order number.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

    1. Email us at hello@shop.bhoomkins.com with the subject line: “Order Issue – [Your Order Number].”

    1. Attach photos showing the problem.

    1. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Items:

    • Items that are not damaged or incorrect.

    • Size-related issues (please check our size chart before ordering).

    • Orders placed with incorrect details (wrong address, incorrect item selected).

Processing Time for Refunds:

    • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • If a replacement is issued, you will receive tracking details once it’s shipped.
